Minutes of Special Meeting of the Vestry held in the Common Room on Monday, November 13, 1922. (Page 13)

Present

The Vicar, the Rev Wm. Bullock, presiding; the Rev Moir, Messrs Major, Hale, Whitton, Evans, Waddington, Trimen, Hyde and Best and Clark.

Gray Bros. Section

Mr Major reported that he had obtained from Messrs Gray Bros. an option over the half acre section next to the Church and running from Church Street through to Park avenue for the some of £450, such option to continue till December 9, 1922. [New Parish Hall site]

Advertising Parish Meeting

Mr Major moved and Mr Trimen seconded That the parishioners' meeting, with an indication of its purpose, be advertised twice in each local paper. Carried.

The meeting closed with the Grace.
