Dates for meetings

It was resolved that the Vestry Meetings to be held on the last Tuesday in each month.

Quorum

That 5 Vestrymen constitute a quorum.

That Mr H G Dunderdale be re-elected Treasurer;

That Mr Denbee be re-elected Hon. Secretary.

That the Churchwardens take up the offertories in May.

Vicarage painting

It was resolved that 50% of the cost of painting the Vicarage be paid forthwith and the balance when the work is completed, and a certificate obtained from Mr Penistone, that the work has been satisfactorily done.
