The Vicar presided over a small attendance, the following vestrymen being present: Messrs Ninnes, Hyde, Clark, Russell and Denbee.

Election

The election of one vestryman to fill the vacancy caused through the resignation of Mr P W Jackson.

Nominations

Mr Ninnes nominated Mr P G Ramsay, seconded Mr Hyde. There being no other nominations the vicar duly declared Mr Ramsay elected and the meeting then closed.
