Present

The Vicar presiding; Churchwarden Hale; Vestrymen Ball, Williams, Hyde, Maunsell, Penistone, Herbert, Dunderdale and McCartney.

Parish hall

The report in regard to extras charged in building the Parish Hall brought down by the Hall Committee "was received."

Diocesan Curate Fund

Moved by Mr Hyde, seconded by Mr Dunderdale, That the Treasurer be instructed to apply to the Diocesan Trustee for a grant of £50 (fifty pounds) from the Curate Fund.

Financial Statement

The financial statement as appearing on page 736 was received and accounts totalling £52.13.6 were passed for payment.

Offertories

Messrs Denbee and Herbert were appointed to take up the offertories for March.

The meeting closed with the Grace.
