The bride, who was given away by Mr C. Wyett, father of the bridegroom, was attended by Miss Ella Wyett sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Hardy, of Napier; as bridesmaids. She was attired in a dress of ivory satin and chiffon and lace, with the customary veil and orange blossoms. She also carried a shower bouquet.
The bridesmaids' dresses were of white, and they wore hats trimmed with cream net and pink roses.
Mr Harry Rawson was best man, and Mr Cyril Beard was groomsman.
After the ceremony, which was performed by the Rev. A. M. Johnson, a reception was held at the Arcadia tea-rooms, and Mr and Mrs Wyett left by the afternoon express for Wellington, where they will take up their permanent residence.
