Minutes of Vestry Meeting held in the Common Room on Thursday, October 27, 1927, at 7.30 pm. (Page 115)

Present

The Vicar presiding. Churchwarden Maunsell; Vestrymen Penistone, Ninnes, Morton, Green, Smith, Hyde and Denbee.

Minutes

The minutes of the last meeting of the Vestry held on Thursday, September 29 were read and confirmed.

Architect

It was resolved that consideration of the letter from Harman Architect, Chch, be held over until the next meeting of the Vestry.

Finance

With the object of placing the Parish a/c on a more satisfactory basis Mr Hyde moved and Mr Denbee seconded That a list of Annual Subscribers, also a list of those subscribing through the Envelope System be placed before the Vestry at their next meeting. The Vicar undertaking to have the lists prepared.

Offertories

The Churchwardens were appointed to take up the offertories for November.

The meeting closed with the Grace.
