Mr T T Denbee was duly elected Hon. Secretary for the ensuing year.
It was resolved that the position of Treasurer remain undisturbed.

Mr Maunsell moved and Dr Hosking seconded that 5 constitute a quorum for the coming year. Carried.
Nights of meeting
Nights of meeting
It was resolved that the dates for Vestry Meetings be held as in the past, viz, on the last Thursday in each month.
