A quiet wedding was celebrated at St. Matthew's Church, Masterton, yesterday, when Mr Herbert Studley, of Masterton, was united in matrimony with Miss Elizabeth Bailey, who recently arrived from the Old Country.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Hampton, in the unavoidable absence of the Rev. H. Watson. The happy couple left by the evening train for the north, where the honeymoon is to be spent.
